Cats
As the area’s most experienced cat sitter, you can rest assured that your pets will get optimal care every time. For the safety of your pets I require one daily visit for cat homes. All visits are completed by the business owner (Leanne) and last a minimum of thirty minutes. Multiple cat homes or certain requests (such as fountain cleaning) may require longer visits. Each day cat owners receive a detailed text about their cat(s) as well as photos.
Visits include the following:
Care and Compassion- all cats are approached gently and with the utmost care and compassion. I have decades of experience to deal with all cat personalities, quirky or calm. Shy cats require a different approach than silly kittens, and I do well finding a way to get along with cats and bring out the best in them so their owners can travel stress free.
Health Check- observe cat(s) for any health concerns and report to owner. I am fortunate to have been instructed in basic cat exams by a local veterinarian and am also certified in pet first aid.
Enrichment- varies depending on cat temperament. For some cats this is active play time, others need a lap to purr on. I can also arrange games and treats for cats that need extra stimulation.
Litter Boxes- check and scoop boxes. Refill as necessary. Any concerns about litter box use are reported to owner.
Food and Water- food is dispensed as specifically requested during our meeting. Bowls that are to be reused are washed with soap and water. Water bowls are washed and refilled. Fountains can also be disassembled, cleaned and refilled upon request.
Home Check- Make sure your home is secure each day and doors are locked, windows closed and locked as necessary.
Privacy- Your home is your business and your privacy is paramount. I do not disclose to neighbors or others your plans or other information unless you specifically give me permission to do so.

Pet Taxi
Transport your pet to a vet, groomer, daycare, etc.,
House Sitting or Plant Care
Service is based on your needs. Home checks can include watering indoor plants, checking doors, furnace, sump pump, etc. Plant care includes watering outdoor plants as needed.
Regularly Scheduled Dog Walks and Midday Potty Breaks
Visits are scheduled between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. Small and medium sized dogs please. I do not offer dog walking on weekends.

PET SITTING RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3 VISITS. FOR CATS OR SMALL ANIMALS THIS MEANS 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS WITH A PET SITTING VISIT EACH DAY. FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PETS I DO NOT OFFER ALTERNATE DAY PET CARE.
PET SITTING AND DOG WALKING SERVICES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.
PET SITTING RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED UP TO 90 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
PAYMENT
FOR PET SITTING- YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR THE TOTAL DUE PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP. PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST DAY OF SERVICE AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU MAY PAY BY CHECK OR CASH. SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO SHORTEN YOUR TRIP, THERE WILL BE NO CREDITS FOR UNUSED VISITS. EXCEPTIONS OF COURSE MAY BE MADE IF YOU MUST RETURN HOME DUE TO AN EMERGENCY.
FOR DOG WALKS AND POTTY BREAKS- PAYMENT IS DUE WEEKLY ON THE FIRST DAY OF SERVICE.
